Bio

Dr. Eden Goldman, D.C., C.Y.T., E-RYT, is a wellness-based Chiropractor, certified Yoga therapist and physical rehabilitation specialist in private practice in Los Angeles, CA.  A Yoga instructor for almost a decade, Eden was raised in the Kriya Yoga tradition of Paramahansa Yogananda, author of Autobiography of a Yogi.  Beginning in his late teens, Eden studied White and Red Tantra with a direct disciple of Yogi Bhajan, Babaji’s Kriya Yoga with Sri Marshall Govindan, Nada Yoga with several devotees of Maharaji Neem Karoli Baba, Yogic Arts with Master Duncan Wong and Kaballastic Shamanism with prominent Jamaican Shaman, Chet Alexander.

A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a degree in English Literature and minors in Classical Studies and Clinical Sciences, Eden completed his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2009 at the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic.  His current healing work integrates classical eastern Yoga therapeutics, Thai massage and myofascial release bodywork with western advancements in movement science, preventive medicine, peak performance personal training and chiropractic.

Working in the field of Yoga therapy, Eden is co-creator of the Yoga Doctors Method of Vinyasa Krama, which was developed through personal mentorship under some of the top movement therapists in the world including the founder of the International Association for Yoga Therapists, Larry Payne, Ph.D., and Craig Liebenson, D.C., team Chiropractor for the NBA’s Los Angeles Clippers.  Professionally, Dr. Goldman is a member of the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic, a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and co-director of Loyola Marymount University’s prestigious “Yoga and the Healing Sciences” 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program, one of the only teacher training programs in the country associated with an accredited four-year University.  Co-founder of the wellness group Yoga Doctors and an ambassador for Manduka Yoga mats, Eden has been featured in many forms of print, television media and books on Yoga.
